The job description is taken from the job profile, the user selects the target job boards (which are categorized for quick assessment by reach, region, vertical industry, job specialty, and price) and then clicks to confirm. PeopleFilter then broadcasts the job to each board in the required format with unique links and email addresses. Each candidate that responds to the ad will be presented with the appropriate application process and the resulting data will be quantitatively scored.
