PeopleFilter collects and provides decision support data for the candidate selection processes. Our proprietary scoring algorithm results in instant prioritization of candidates, increased efficiencies, and improved results. Highly configurable, the system offers extensive candidate analysis tools, flexible workflow, Hiring Manager inclusion, an embedded Interview Auto-Scheduler, and state-of-the-art resume processing tools. Below are brief descriptions of the powerful tools at the fingertips of your users:

Candidate Matching/Ranking
The true power of PeopleFilter lies in its ability to use the data collected from a candidate and produce a meaningful way to determine and display the prioritization of a candidate. A candidate interested in a specific position will follow the application process defined by the employer, including ranking skills and competencies associated with the opportunity, to create a candidate profile. This information is passed into the scoring engine along with Opportunity Profile data to determine which candidates are best suited for a given opportunity.

PeopleFilter uses scoring of collected career data, informational icons, and then filters based on answers to questions. The conceptual scoring of resumes allows recruiters to instantly assess the incoming candidates for the purposes of prioritization.

Flexible Workflow
PeopleFilter users enjoy a savvy arsenal of candidate lists, selectable status fields, numerical scores, "mouse over" text, and icons to instantly see a tactical view of candidate data. In combination with thoughtful initial configurations set up by the PeopleFilter Professional Services team, businesses of varying approaches can be accommodated by the PeopleFilter system.

Hiring Manager Portal
Candidates are submitted to hiring managers through the PeopleFilter system, tracking their responses and their responsiveness. Recruiters define what should be seen, including resumes, notes, skill profiles, uploaded documents associated with the candidate profile, and more. Hiring Mangers review candidates in email or in a simplified website where they can elect to ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’ a candidate. Decision communication can be structured to go back to the recruiter or out to the candidate, whatever is best for that manager on that specific job for that specific submittal.

Interview Auto-Scheduler
PeopleFilter's optional Scheduling Module allows employers to create dramatic efficiencies in one of the most dramatically inefficient steps in the process of scheduling candidates for their interviews.

Define the Interview Process
For each position, the PeopleFilter solution allows you to define a standard interview process but you can also easily customize that process for each individual candidate. Setup individuals, teams, groups, and even workstations act as steps in the interview pipeline. Each participant can elect to verify their availability, prior to confirmation.

Candidates are presented with available times
Interview Invitations are sent out individually or in lists. In a secure-server environment, the candidates will log in and choose their own interview times. Only available times are presented as options. Additionally, since this is a secure environment, you can also ask candidates to provide further information in preparation for the additional interviewing.

Calendar Views
Each participant can view their monthly or daily calendar of appointments. From here, they can instantly access the candidate record, make changes such as re-scheduling, or transfer the interview to other participants if they are unavailable.

Printable Application Forms
Any piece of data collected from a candidate by the PeopleFilter system during any stage of the application process can be inserted into a packet of printable application forms, which will be professionally created by PeopleFilter's Professional Services team, thus reducing duplicate data entry on behalf of both the candidate and employer.

Process Management
PeopleFilter provides a process management capability that allows recruiters to distribute candidate data to internal users and external decision makers. When a profile is forwarded, the system automatically logs a variety of information regarding the steps taken to manage the application. PeopleFilter has a built-in messaging system that allows automated event messaging based on customizable message templates. Some examples of these types of messages include:

  • Standard messages that are sent to candidates once they are put onto the hidden list (‘no’ pile).
  • Standard messages that their application is under consideration and they will be notified of the next steps to be taken.
  • Candidates submitting only a resume will receive a standard message thanking them for the resume and requesting that they come back to the system to complete the application process by filling out the rest of their profile.

Resume Parsing, Searching, Scoring
PeopleFilter supports a candidate-friendly application process by automatically parsing MS Word, .PDF, text, html, e-mail-based resumes and more than 80 other common formats into data fields within seconds. This technology eliminates the need for manual data entry and automatically handles any volume of incoming resumes.

Once candidates have been scored, PeopleFilter presents a full compliment of features for viewing and managing candidate data. The viewing, filtering, and sorting features are designed to quickly organize the candidate profile in the most effective way to identify the best candidates. Any candidate’s full profile can be viewed at any time.
